THE COURTYARD & THE GARDEN
The mas has a large garden with large terraces under a pergola, a shaded central courtyard and a Weber gas barbecue for outdoor dining. Dining tables and garden chairs are perfect for relaxing, as are sun loungers equipped with mattresses around the pool deck. In addition, you can have fun with games available such as table tennis, corn hole, badminton and pétanque. Our secured well has the particularity of being crossed by a Roman aqueduct. Finally, as we accept animals, you will be happy to know the property is completely fenced. There is also plenty of parking space for 6 cars on the premises.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The sleeping area is located on the 3 levels of the farmhouse away from the living rooms. The bedrooms are spacious and in perfect harmony with the rest of the house. Well equipped, they each have their own bathroom. All rooms have a view on the courtyard.
A possible configuration exists of 8 adults spread over the 4 double rooms, and then the children divided into the two family suites used as a "dormitory" for girls and a "dormitory" for boys.

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
The mas includes a fully equipped kitchen with a 6-plate induction stove, two dishwashers and two fridges.
A large dining table can accommodate up to 20 people, and a large openwork volume allows fluid circulation to both the courtyard and the garde, pool and deck.
In addition, the Sonos speaker adds a musical ambiance while floor heating ensures your comfort in winter. In summer we can activate a refreshing floor if it really gets too hot.
The whole place has air conditioning as well.
LIVING & FAMILY ROOM, MEZZANINE
This property offers a spacious lounge/game room with large volumes. The living room side is furnished with three large 3-seater sofas and a beautiful fireplace.
To entertain guests, a mini football, American pool, darts and a Pac-Man arcade game are available.
A mezzanine with 3 beanbags overlooks the living room if you want a place to hide away.
You can enjoy a Sonos Play 5 speaker and a Samsung SMART TV with TNT and internet access (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, etc).
In winter, floor heating guarantees your comfort while in summer, we can activate a cooling floor if it really gets too hot.
The large living room and mezzanine have air conditioning.
INSIDE POOL & DECK
The indoor pool has a small deck of 80 cm wide and 20 cm deep, that allows the little ones to play sitting in the water, under the supervision of their parents, while the rest of the pool has a depth of 1.5m.
You will quickly realize in summer during the hot weather the benefits of a shaded and covered swimming pool (no risk of sunburn) with its large sliding patio doors overlooking the large garden and its terraces, while in autumn, winter and spring, you will benefit from its heating function.
8 deck chairs can be arranged under the pergola in the shade, along the indoor swimming pool, or why not under the sun in the garden; they will allow you to enjoy your well-deserved rest.
There's a dehumidifier in the room to ensure a proper degree of humidity when the sliding doors are closed. There is also air conditioning during winter to enjoy comfortable temperatures.

There's a washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner at your disposal.
